For plinking ammo, these sub rounds are perfect and I highly recommend. It' s nothing special, but I hope to get word of this ammo out there so that its popularity grows, they make more, and prices drop a little.

I' m working on posting a video of the first mag test to YouTube. Overall, I give this a 10/10, but this comes with the understanding that I' m giving it this rating due to several factors:ġ) There is NO other ammo on the market like itĢ) This is the FIRST ammo to do what we' ve all been looking for it to doĤ) It cycled with almost 100% reliability, and I' m not taking off a point because of one failure subs have less gas so I' m not really surprised to have a failureĥ) It cost a surprisingly low amount- ~$1.00/rnd is pretty darn cheap, considering the previous points AND the fact that most 300blk subs are around the same priceĦ) You don' t need ANY proprietary parts or special tunes to use it Plus, I was pretty confident I would get the rounds to tumble since my barrel is a 1:9 and these heavy rounds need a 1:7 to stabilize them better. My red dot is not sighted in on my new build yet, I was on a target that had already been shot, and my goal was to first see if these rounds would cycle reliably rather than see if they tumbled, etc. I did NOT evaluate for accuracy or downrange performance, for multiple reasons. The next couple mags I used cycled 100% of the rounds, both slow shooting and faster shooting. The first mag cycled all but one round, which I cleared with ease and finished the mag. I use a standard fixed gas block, and was pleasantly surprised to get not only subsonic performance, but cycling as well. I shot a total of 100 rounds through my 16' 5.56 build (1:9 twist, chrome-lined Stag barrel), along with my Blackhawk Gas Can suppressor (the same as a SilencerCo Saker 5.56).

I was a bit hesitant at first, but excited to try something that had good potential.
